William R.C. "Rick" Johnson, 40, of DeSoto died Sunday, Nov. 23, 1997, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Crystal City. He was born July 18, 1957, in Booneville, Miss., son of Thomas and Cladia Reilley Johnson. He married the former Irene Dietrich. Johnson was formerly of Cape Girardeau. William R.C. "Rick" Johnson, 40, of DeSoto died Sunday, Nov. 23, 1997, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Crystal City.

He was born July 18, 1957, in Booneville, Miss., son of Thomas and Cladia Reilley Johnson. He married the former Irene Dietrich.

Johnson was formerly of Cape Girardeau. He was a printer at Conform Inc. in Maryland Heights.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Melissa and Samantha Johnson and Francesca Wunderlich of DeSoto; his mother of DeSoto; and a sister, Christi Batt of McCloud, Okla.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Friends may call at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. James Owens officiating. Burial will be in Charter Memorial Gardens at DeSoto.
