Rick Holder
Rick Duane Holder, 49, of Scott City died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, at his home.
He was born Aug. 25, 1959, in Cape Girardeau, son of Everett Lee and Mary Lee Krieger Holder. He and Angelia Dawn Strickland were married June 7, 1979, in Scott City.
Holder was a self-employed heavy equipment operator. He was a member of Eisleben Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Travis Holder of Desert Hot Springs, Calif., Eric Holder of Scott City; a daughter, Amber Holder of Cape Girardeau; his parents of Scott City; two brothers, Scott and Terry Holder of Scott City; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Bob Azinger officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery.
