DONGOLA, Ill. -- Richard W. Rochel, 69, of Dongola died Sunday, Dec. 6, 1998, at his home. Visitation will be Wednesday after 5 p.m. at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola. Funeral will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Paul Sander officiating.
