PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Richard D. Schultz, 80, of Perryville died Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at Holiday Residential Care in Perryville.
He was born Nov. 5, 1930, in Chicago. He and Wanda Louise Austin were married Nov. 30, 1963. She preceded him in death April 3, 2005.
Survivors include four sons, William Dale Schultz of Winchester, Pa., David Neal Schultz of Decatur, Ill., Thomas Ray Schultz and Stephen Linn Schultz of Perryville; a stepson, Nelson King of Perryville; a stepdaughter, Jennifer Schnieder of St. Louis; a sister, Demitre of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
Schultz was a high school teacher and a member of First Presbyterian Church in Perryville.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to service time Saturday at First Presbyterian Church in Perryville.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Bruce Owens officiating. Burial will be in Home Cemetery.
Young and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
