ULLIN, Ill. -- Richard E. "Dick" Hoss, 67, of Ullin died Sunday, Aug. 23, 1998, at Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.
He was born June 28, 1931, at Jonesboro, son of John and Viola Matthew Hoss. He and Norma Brust were married on Sept. 5, 1955.

He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America and was a retired airlines ticket agent.
Survivors include his wife.
Arrangements are incomplete at Crain Funeral Home in Ullin.
