SCOTT CITY -- Richard "Buddy" Finley, 72, of 1100 Good Hope in Scott City died Thursday, Dec. 24, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born May 9, 1920, at Fornfelt, the son of Thomas Oliver and Bessie Mulinex Finley.

He formerly worked for Midwest Rubber Reclaiming Division in Cahokia, Ill.
He's survived by a brother, O. T. Finley of Scott City and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call after 5:30 p.m. today at the Amick Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City, where funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Rennie Phillips will officiate, and burial will be in the Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
