RHODA RIEMAN

Rhoda E. Rieman, 94, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2000, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born July 2, 1906, at Millersville, Mo., daughter of Joseph F. and Effie Miller Houk. She and Hartle Rieman were married April 6, 1928. He died Feb. 18, 1969.

Formerly of Jackson, Mo., Rieman had been a salesclerk at Wagner Bakery. She was a member of New McKendree United Methodist Church and its Naomi Circle.

Survivors include three nieces, Kathlyn Hahs of Reedsburg, Wis., Jo Marion Cochran of Hollister, Mo., Betty Goza of Jackson; and a nephew, John Hoffmeister of St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by a brother and four sisters.

There is no visitation.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. today at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson. The Rev. Richard Northcutt will officiate.

Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson is in charge of arrangements.
