MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Rhoda J. Green, 86, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2000, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born March 22, 1914, daughter of Harve and Sarah Masters. She and Freddie Green were married May 14, 1932.
Survivors include three sons, L.R. Green of Jackson, Mo., Freddie Green of Millersville, Mo., Jerry Green of Marble Hill; three daughters, Peggy McElvain, Betty Grindstaff and Zella Mungle, all of Marble Hill; a sister, Bessie Nanney of Jackson; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three sons, a brother, and three sisters.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jack Leslie officiating. Burial will be in Sedgewickville Cemetery at Sedgewickville, Mo.
