REV. LAWRENCE F. ZOELLER

PERRYVILLE -- The Rev. Lawrence F. "Pop" Zoeller, 85, of St. Mary's of the Barrens in Perryville, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 1994, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

He was born Aug. 11, 1909, in St. Louis, son of Frederick L. and Emma M. Walter Zoeller.

Zoeller had served at Holy Trinity Church in Dallas; St. Patrick's Church in LaSalle; Sacred Heart Church in Cotulla; Rosati Hall in Chicago; St. Joseph Church in New Orleans; St. Leo's Church in San Antonio; Miraculous Medal Novena Band, St. Vincent's Church, and Cass Residence in St. Louis, and St. Mary's Seminary in Perryville.

Survivors include a niece and nephew.

He was preceded in death by a sister and brother.

Friends may call at St. Mary's of the Barrens from 5-9 p.m. Sunday, and on Monday from 6:30-10:30 a.m. The wake service will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral service will be at St. Mary's at 10:30 a.m. Monday, with the Rev. John Gagnepain officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's of the Barrens Cemetery.
