Rev. James Martin

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Rev. James Dennis Martin, 78, of Perryville died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. today and from 8:30 a.m. until service time Saturday at Mary Mother of God Chapel at St. Mary's of the Barrens. The wake service will be at 7 p.m. today.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the chapel. Provincial celebrant will be the Rev. VanDorpe, and the Rev. Mike Joyce will be homilist. Burial will be in Vincentian Community Cemetery.

Young and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
