MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The Rev. Glendon Henson, 66, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 1995, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Mishawaka.

He was born March 25, 1928, in Aid, Mo., the son of Guy and Lucy Elizabeth Edmundson Henson. On July 15, 1944, he married Lucy J. McGruder.

Henson was a former resident of Puxico, where he served as pastor of the Puxico Church of the Lord Jesus Christ for 13 years. In 1973, he moved to Indiana, where he served as pastor of the Mishawaka Apostolic Faith Temple. He was also a member of the Assembly of Lord Jesus Christ of Memphis, Tenn. Henson was a minister for 44 years.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Michael L. Henson of Marion, and Terry R. Henson of South Bend; a daughter, Karen F. Woolwine of Mishawaka; two brothers, Ray Henson of Puxico and Doyle Henson of Oran; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two daughters, Delores Henson in 1968 and Pamela Henson in 1962.

Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today at the Bubb Funeral Chapel in Mishawaka and from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico.

Funeral service will be conducted at noon Saturday at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico with family members officiating. Burial will follow in the Puxico Cemetery.
