Renee Seabaugh, 63, of Jackson passed away Friday, Aug. 21, 2015, at her home. She was born Dec. 3, 1951, in Clearwater, Florida, daughter of Walker D. and Nancy L. Blankle Howard. She and J. Renee Seabaugh, 63, of Jackson passed away Friday, Aug. 21, 2015, at her home.

She was born Dec. 3, 1951, in Clearwater, Florida, daughter of Walker D. and Nancy L. Blankle Howard.

She and J. Mike Seabaugh were married Oct. 9, 1971.

Renee was a member of New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson. She worked 33 years as deputy recorder of deeds of Cape Girardeau County.

She was a current volunteer at Southeast Hospital Cancer Center and a former volunteer for Southeast Hospice, both in Cape Girardeau. Renee enjoyed living! She enjoyed all things, especially grandchildren, gardening, boating, water-skiing and shopping for anyone she believed needed something.

In addition to her loving husband, Mike, of 43 years, survivors include a daughter, Kerri (Christopher) Valentine of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin; a son, Blake Seabaugh of Scott Air Force Base, Illinois; two grandchildren, Olivia and Ashton Valentine; a sister, Linda Cummings of Cape Girardeau; a brother, David (Sheryl) Howard of Las Vegas; numerous nieces and nephews; and her mother-in-law, Jean Seabaugh of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her father-in-law, Woody Seabaugh.

Friends may call from 2 p.m. Tuesday until service time at the chapel of McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Stan Hargis officiating.

Memorials may take the form of contributions to Southeast Hospice, Southeast Hospital Cancer Center or Humane Society of Southeast Missouri.
