SCOTT CITY - Raymond J. Tomlinson, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Scott City, died Tuesday, May 28, 1991, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. He was 83.
Tomlinson, who formerly had been at the Chateau Girardeau Nursing home in Cape Girardeau, was born Sept. 13, 1907, at Morley. On June 13, 1931, he married Juanita Losse, who died Nov. 24, 1981.
He was a retired zone manager for Midwest Dairy and a member of the Broadway Methodist Church in Scott City.
Surviving are sons R.J. Tomlinson Jr. of Morley, and Gary D. Tomlinson of Memphis, Tenn.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City, where services are scheduled for Thursday at 10 a.m. The Rev. William Dickey will officiate.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
