EAST PRAIRIE -- Ray Presson Woods, 52, of East Prairie, died Monday, Oct. 17, 1994, at his home. He was born Sept. 8, 1942, in East Prairie, son of Eugene Ray and Elizabeth M. Rhodes Woods. Woods was a self-employed truck driver. Survivors include a son, Eugene Woods of East Prairie; a daughter, Tammy Ruedrich of Sikeston; seven brothers, Ronnie Woods of Olive Branch, Ill., Jewell and Vernon Woods of Anniston, Jimmy Woods of Sikeston, Bruce Woods of Bernie, Todd and Darrell Woods of East Prairie; two sisters, Shirley Hutson of Anniston, Brenda Bolden of East Prairie, and three grandchildren.. ...

Survivors include a son, Eugene Woods of East Prairie; a daughter, Tammy Ruedrich of Sikeston; seven brothers, Ronnie Woods of Olive Branch, Ill., Jewell and Vernon Woods of Anniston, Jimmy Woods of Sikeston, Bruce Woods of Bernie, Todd and Darrell Woods of East Prairie; two sisters, Shirley Hutson of Anniston, Brenda Bolden of East Prairie, and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three brothers.

Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Bob Williams and Amos Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Anniston Cemetery.
