BENTON, Mo. -- The funeral for Ray Joe Graham of Benton will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Benton. The Rev. Calvin Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley, Mo.

Friends may call at the chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

Graham, 75, died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2002, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

He was born June 21, 1927, at Blodgett, Mo., son of W.O. and Lena Lewis Graham. He and Mildred Louise "Tootie" Burns were married Sept. 11, 1946, at Bertrand, Mo.

Graham was a self-employed farmer. He served on the Scott County Agriculture Soil Conservation committee from 1975 to 1983. He was a member of Benton United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Fred Graham of Scott City; seven sisters, Helen Masters of Crowder, Mo., Ruby Bohannon of Sikeston, Mo., Jean Wade of Miner, Mo., Hazel Dietz of St. Louis, Enela Maroney of Wardell, Mo., Louise Williams of Charlotte, N.C., Sue Rudd of West Memphis, Ark.; and a grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, and a sister.
