JONESBORO, Ill. -- Ralph H. "Dub" Modglin, 78, of Jonesboro died Thursday, March 11, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born July 23, 1925, in Ware, Ill., son of Robert and Maude E. Lee Modglin.
Modglin was a member of Teamsters Local 604 in St. Louis and Carroll P. Foster VFW Post 3455 in Anna, Ill.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include two sons, Ralph Modglin of Key Largo, Fla., Robert Modglin of Fort Worth, Texas; a daughter, Deborah Faatz of Troy, Mo.; a brother, James Modglin of Anna; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna after 1 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Tim Sadler officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
