SCOTT CITY -- Ralph Charles Urhahn, 75, of Scott City died at his home Sunday, Dec. 21, 1997.
He was born Dec. 23, 1921, at New Hamburg, son of John Peter and Stella Schlitt Urhahn.
He married Anna Marie MacGregor Dicus Nov. 16, 1973. She survives.
He was a lineman with Union Electric.
He served in the Army during World War II. He was a member of Scott City VFW Post 6407.
Survivors include two sons, Melvin Urhahn of New Aufdenburg and Gary Urhahn of Fredericktown; two stepsons, Richard Meyer of Obion, Ind., and Paul Meyer, stationed in Germany; a brother, Wilford "Dush" Urhahn of Benton; and seven grandchildren.
Service will be held at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City at 4 p.m. today, with the Revs. Jere Gowin and R.L. Robinson officiating.
Friends may call at the funeral home after noon.
He was preceded in death by a son, brother, sister and grandchild.
