JACKSON, Mo. -- Ralph J. Arnzen, 59, died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2001, at his home near Jackson. He was born Dec. 29, 1941, at Leopold, Mo., son of Frank and Minnie Eftink Arnzen. He and Patricia Glueck were married July 15, 1972, at New Hamburg, Mo. Arnzen worked 23 years at SuperValu in Scott City, retiring in 1999. JACKSON, Mo. -- Ralph J. Arnzen, 59, died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2001, at his home near Jackson.

He was born Dec. 29, 1941, at Leopold, Mo., son of Frank and Minnie Eftink Arnzen. He and Patricia Glueck were married July 15, 1972, at New Hamburg, Mo.

Arnzen worked 23 years at SuperValu in Scott City, retiring in 1999. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Gary and Scott Arnzen of Jackson, David Arnzen of San Angelo, Texas; a daughter, Dianne Arnzen of Beloit, Wis.; a brother, Raymond Arnzen of Kelso, Mo.; Mary Menz and Dorothy Glaus of Chaffee, Mo., Marcella Troxclair of Broussard, La.; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Catholic Church in Leopold. Msgr. Ed Eftink and the Rev. Bill Huggins will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
