Rachel L. Winingnear, 61, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, May 12, 2000, at Heartland Care and Rehab in Cape Girardeau. She was born Dec. 29, 1938, near Lutesville, daughter of Lewis E. and Edna J. Johnson Mansker. She married Andrew Winingnear on May 24, 1958. He died July 1, 1995...

Rachel L. Winingnear, 61, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, May 12, 2000, at Heartland Care and Rehab in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 29, 1938, near Lutesville, daughter of Lewis E. and Edna J. Johnson Mansker. She married Andrew Winingnear on May 24, 1958. He died July 1, 1995.

She was a member of the Oglesville General Baptist Church and had worked for the McGee Picture Frame Manufacturing Company prior to her illness.

Survivors include a son, Stephen Winingnear of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Almon Mansker of Bloomfield and Ervin Mansker of Houston, Texas; four sisters, Lena Vangennip of Marble Hill, Francis Patt of St. Charles, Mary Parson of Marble Hill and Louise Josey of Gordonville; and one granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by two sisters.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Allen Luetert officiating. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery.
