SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Robert Lyman Ozment will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Carl Addison will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
Ozment, 67 years old, died Sunday, March 3, 1991, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born March 24, 1923, in Palestine, Ill., son of Robert W. and Evelyna Roberts Ozment. He and the former Wanda Hailey were married Nov. 1, 1945, at Charleston.
Ozment was a retired truck driver, and had worked for McKnight-Keaton Grocery Co. and Riverside Lumber Co. He attended Tanner Street Church of God, and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Gary and Robert Ozment of Sikeston; a daughter, Pam Kelley of Malden; a sister, Maxine Gipson of Sikeston, and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a half brother and a half sister.
