Quentin K. Wynne Jr., 90, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021.

He was born to the late Quentin and Elberta Wynne Feb. 3, 1931, in Greenwood, Mississippi. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Calvin Wynne, and his son-in-law, Rob Goodenow.

After serving his country in the Air Force, Quentin moved to Olean, New York, where he met his wife of 65 years, Ruth Wynne, who survives in Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by his daughters, Tami (Bill) Bock of Jefferson City and Susan (Scott) Meyer of Cape Girardeau; grandchildren, Jake (Alex) Meyer of Salida, Colorado, Josh (Kate) Meyer of Cape Girardeau, Jamie McElwain and Justin (Kelley) Bock of Jefferson City; and his sister, Orieta Mitchell.

Family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Church of the Nazarene at 1851 N. Houston Levee Road in Cordova, Tennessee. Service will follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens at 3700 N. Germantown Road in Bartlett, Tennessee.

Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Cordova.
