James D. O'Connell, 38, of Tupelo, Miss. was arrested Saturday at Independence and Frederick and charged with driving while intoxicated.
David Justin Flammond, 23, of 101 Rivercrest Drive was arrested Saturday at 2700 S. Sprigg and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Thefts
A juvenile was taken into custody Saturday for stealing at Venture, 3049 William.
A pocket knife, wallet and food stamps were reported stolen Saturday from a vehicle at 401 S. Pacific.
Two parking signs owned by the city of Cape Girardeau were reported stolen Sunday in the 200 block of Pindwood.
Summonses
Spencer D. Verhines, 22, of 2544 Ranchito was issued a summons Saturday for damage to private property at Bertling and N. Sprigg.
Arrests
Derrick J. Reddin, 23, of 45 S. West End Blvd. was arrested Sunday at Sprigg and Village Drive for driving without a license.
Assaults
A juvenile was taken into custody Saturday for assault and unlawful use of a weapon in the 2200 block of Hillbrook.
An assault was reported Saturday at 1925 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
A wallet owned by Richard Newman was reported lost or stolen Saturday at 1740 Broadway.
