Arrests

Solomon Fitzgerald Jones, 32, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a Cape city warrant for contempt of court charge for failure to pay fines.

Neal A. Rust, 38, of Roosevelt, Utah, was arrested Saturday on a warrant service on Cape city contempt of court charges.

Summons

A 16-year old male was issued a summons Saturday for peace disturbance and trespassing at 134 Westfield Shoppington West Park.

Joe W. Brand, 17, of 835 Morgan Oak was issued a summons for assault Saturday.

Thefts

A boys silver Huffy bike was reported stolen Saturday at 118 S. Hanover.

Money was reported stolen Saturday at 325 N. Kingshighway.

Amoco D-Mart, 3276 William, reported theft of gasoline Saturday. A man is in custody pending formal charges.

A boys Huffy bike was reported stolen Saturday at 715 Ranney.

Property Damage

A window was reported broken at 408 S. Hanover Friday.

A window was reported broken at 247 E. Cape Rock Road on Saturday. Two male juveniles were cited into juvenile court on the matter.

Miscellaneous

Trespassing was reported at 809 Ranney Friday.

Second-degree sexual misconduct was reported Saturday.

A firearm was found Saturday at 3303 Campster.

Interference with child custody was reported Saturday.
