SIKESTON, Mo. -- Phyllis Colley, 80, of Sikeston died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2002, at her home.
She was born March 2, 1921, in Sanford, Maine, daughter of Harold Woodman and Iris Mace Treadwell. She and Leonard Colley were married June 27, 1944, in New York City.
Colley was a registered nurse and was the last administrator at the former Sikeston General Hospital. She worked 27 years for Drs. A.P. Sargent and John Sargent. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Lynn and Keith Colley of Sikeston; a brother, Phillip Treadwell of York, Maine; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
