Philomena Holman, 71, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Gideon, died Saturday, Nov. 21, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 2, 1927, in Detroit, Mich., daughter of Archie and Mary Beatrice McCullum Bown. She married Roy Leonard Holman Dec. 23, 1947, in Piggott, Ark. He preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Jon Holman of Cape Girardeau and Robert Holmann of Elk City, Okla.; five daughters, Suzanne Gum of Glaucester, Mass., Mary Christina Holifield of North Adams, Mass., Laurie Holman of Cape Girardeau, Eileen Holman of Jackson and Heather Holman of Sedgewickville; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sisters.
Friends may call from 8 to 10 a.m. today at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral will be 10:30 a.m., today at St. Ann Catholic Church in Malden with the Rev. Glenn Eftink officiating.
Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell.
