KARNAK, Ill. -- Philip Austin Corzine, 19, of Karnak died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2002, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky., from injuries sustained in an all-terrain vehicle accident Tuesday morning near Karnak. KARNAK, Ill. -- Philip Austin Corzine, 19, of Karnak died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2002, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky., from injuries sustained in an all-terrain vehicle accident Tuesday morning near Karnak.

He graduated from Century High School this year and was e employed at Dippin' Dots Inc. at Paducah. He attended the First Pentecost Church in Karnak. He was a member of the NWTF Association and the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by his father and mother, Philip and Vanita Rader Corzine of Karnak; a son, Ronnie Austin Corzine of Karnak; three sisters, Tonya Wiseman of Metropolis, Ill., and Crystal West and Kala Rae Corzine, both of Karnak; a maternal grandmother, Rita Rader of Karnak; paternal grandparents, Ted and Velma Henry Corzine of Karnak; and his fiancée, Kassandra Greer of Karnak.

He was preceded in death by a grandfather.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Karnak Pentecostal Church with the Revs. Carl Miller and Shawn Stephens officiating.

Burial will be at the Anderson Cemetery near Karnak.
