Peggy Lea Neal, 56 of Cape Girardeau passed away on Nov. 26, 2020, at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born on May 10, 1964, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of T.J. and Ruth Lawson Blattel. Survivors include her husband, Russell Neal; one brother, Thomas (Pat) Blattel of Jackson; and sister, Cindy (Chuck) Stone of Cape Girardeau...

Peggy Lea Neal, 56 of Cape Girardeau passed away on Nov. 26, 2020, at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born on May 10, 1964, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of T.J. and Ruth Lawson Blattel.

Survivors include her husband, Russell Neal; one brother, Thomas (Pat) Blattel of Jackson; and sister, Cindy (Chuck) Stone of Cape Girardeau.

Graveside service will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Dec. 9, at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Don Estes officiating.
