PEGGY JUNE BENNETT

EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Peggy June Bennett, 59, of East Prairie, died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 1993, at the Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky.

She was born April 29, 1934, at Hickman, Ky., daughter of Harry Albert and Margaret M. Campbell Parks.

She married Harold Eugene "Gene" Bennett, June 14, 1962.

Bennett lived most of her life in Mississippi County and was of the Methodist faith.

She worked with the Southern Heritage Century 21 Agency in Gilbertsville, Ky., as a realtor.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Donald Eugene Bennett of East Prairie; a daughter, Janis Pritchett of Dover, Tenn.; a brother, Donald Parks of Potosi, Mo.; three sisters, Sylvia Carden of East Prairie, Anita Ray of Charleston, Shirley Neal of Cooter, Mo.; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Shelby Funeral Chapel in East Prairie, with the Rev. Dave Bowden officiating.

Burial will follow in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
