Pearl Masterson, 77, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018, at Heartland Care and Rehabilitation Center. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Shawnee Hills Baptist Church in Jackson. Crain Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Cape Girardeau is in charge of arrangements.
