SIKESTON, Mo. -- Pearl Latham, 92, of Sikeston died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born April 22, 1911, at Blodgett, Mo., daughter of Jack and Elizabeth Harris Welch. She and Marvin Latham were married Feb., 17, 1931, at Morehouse, Mo. He died in 1980.
Latham was member of the Illinois Avenue Baptist Church in Sikeston and worked as a cleaning lady for businesses in Sikeston.
Survivors include two daughters; Lois Ross of Sikeston and June Brown of Catron, Mo.; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, a daughter, two brothers, a sister, a grandchild and a great-great-grandchild.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Jim Brown and Rev. Larry Rouse officiating. Burial will be in Essex Cemetery at Essex, Mo.
