PEARL GORE

OLMSTED, Ill. -- Funeral service for Pearl Gore of Collinsville will be held at 1 p.m. today at Olmsted United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jonathan Althoff officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.

Gore, 97, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 1994, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville.

She was born Jan. 21, 1897, in Olmsted, daughter of William H. and Bertha Studer Basse. She and Don C. Gore were married Sept. 22, 1959.

Gore was a member of Olmsted United Methodist Church.

Survivors include four sons, Calvin Gore of Collinsville, Carlos Gore of Peoria, Forrest Gore of Clarksville, Tenn., and Don Gore of Springfield; two sisters, Grace Burd of Anna, Clara Pirtle of Jacksonville, Fla.; a brother, Melvin Basse of Anna; six grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
