SIKESTON -- Funeral mass for Pauline Lasters of Sikeston will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Henry's Catholic Church in Charleston. The Rev. James Reynolds will officiate, with burial in Calvary Cemetery.

McMikle Funeral Home at Charleston is in charge of arrangements.

Lasters, 40, died Sunday, Aug. 22, 1993, at her home.

She was born Jan. 19, 1953, at Lilbourn, daughter of James Robert and Jean Eulene Pugh Gentles Sr. She and Ray Lasters were married June 16, 1979, at Sikeston.

Lasters had lived here since 1974, and was a department manager at Wal-Mart. She was a member of St. Henry's Church, but attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church here.

Survivors include her husband; a son, David Lasters of the home; three brothers, James Gentles Jr. of Shawneetown, Ill., Dalton and Wayne Gentles of East Prairie; three sisters, Betty Emerick of Frederick, Md., Linda Morris of Jacksonville, N.C., and Charlotte Gilkerson of East Prairie.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
