BERNIE -- Pauline Duncan, 69, of St. Peters died Wednesday, March 29, 2000, at her home.

She was born Feb. 25, 1931, at Steele, daughter of William E. and Ethel Lester Chism. She and Raymond L. Duncan were married Feb. 15, 1947, in Paragould, Ark.

Duncan was a member of First Baptist Church of Harvester at St. Peters.

Survivors include her husband; a son, David Duncan of St. Charles; a daughter, Diana Duncan of Kansas City; a brother, Maxell Chism of Liberty, S.C.; a sister, Maxine Adcock of Bernie; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and three half brothers.

Friends may call at First Baptist Church of Harvester after 10 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, with Dr. David McAlpin officiating.

Friends may also call at Rainey Funeral Home in Bernie from 7-9 p.m. Saturday.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Michael Duncan officiating. Burial will be in Bernie Cemetery.
