EAST PRAIRIE -- Pauline D. Futch, 79, of East Prairie, died Sunday, Aug. 8, 1993, at her home. She was born Oct. 20, 1913, at East Prairie, daughter of James T. and Eula May Barley Hunt. She and Wayne Futch were married Feb. 2, 1930, at Dorena. He died March 2, 1986...

EAST PRAIRIE -- Pauline D. Futch, 79, of East Prairie, died Sunday, Aug. 8, 1993, at her home.

She was born Oct. 20, 1913, at East Prairie, daughter of James T. and Eula May Barley Hunt. She and Wayne Futch were married Feb. 2, 1930, at Dorena. He died March 2, 1986.

Futch was a member of First Christian Church.

Survivors include two sons, Eugene Futch of Granite City, Ill., J.R. Futch of East Prairie; three brothers, Arl Hunt of St. Louis, Harold Hunt of Jackson, Robert Hunt of Bertrand; a sister, Hazel Abbot of Dallas, Texas; five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five brothers.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Shelby Funeral Chapel. The Rev. David Bowden will officiate, with burial in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
