DELTA -- Pauline Croy Kight, 76, of Delta died Wednesday, April 16, 1997, at the home of her son in Whitewater.
She was born April 20, 1920, in Advance, daughter of Fred and Minnie Taylor Croy. She married John U. Kight on Feb. 20, 1937, in Bloomfield. He preceded her in death on Sept. 9, 1987.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Delta.
She is survived by seven sons, Fred and Stanley Kight, both of Whitewater, Bobby Kight of Commerce, Danny and Scotty Kight, both of Jackson, Keith Kight of Leopold and Rick Kight of Chaffee; one brother, Evan Croy of Oxford, Ohio; three sisters, Jewel Reimler of Advance, Betty Cato of Cape Girardeau and Clara Belle Walker of Oxford; 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one son and two grandsons.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Delta with the Rev. Glen Golden officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
