Simpson, 75, died Thursday, Dec. 5, 1996, at City Care Center.

He was born Sept. 21, 1921, in Harrisburg, son of Fred and Lola Frances Clark Simpson.

Simpson was a retired construction worker.

Survivors include two sisters, Maxine Roberts of Largo, Fla., and Beatrice Harris of Granite City.
