BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- Paul Shaver, 79, of Bloomfield died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2001, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Mo.
He was born May 27, 1922, at Sikeston, Mo., son of Walter Thomas and Ollie Holloman Shaver. He and Louise Hester were married April 2, 1949, in Clay County, Ark.
Shaver was a bricklayer many years. He attended Link Church near Bloomfield.
Survivors include his wife; a son, David Shaver of California; a sister, Carrie James of St. Louis; and a grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and a sister.
Friends may call at Rainey Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. M.C. Moore will officiate. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.
