Paul E. Roberts, 83, of Columbia, Ill., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Ill. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Larry Patton officiating.
