PAUL LEE

BLOOMFIELD -- Paul Lee, 84, of Bloomfield died Thursday, June 11, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Feb. 20, 1914, at Bloomfield, son of Charles and Maude Cook Lee. He and Stella Hester were married April 1, 1933. She died April 22, 1995.

Lee was retired from Missouri Highway Department. He was a member of Mt. Pisgah General Baptist Church at Aquilla.

Survivors include three daughters, Shirley Walker and Brenda Scowden of St. Charles, Janet Owens of Bloomfield; a brother, Billy Lee of Bloomfield; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Lafferty officiating. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery.
