CHAFFEE -- Paul V. Dumey, 69, Chaffee Route 2, died Monday, Feb. 5, 1996, at his home. He was born Dec. 15, 1926, at Chaffee, son of Edward Joseph and Syvilla Alma Gosche Dumey. He and Ima Jean Sills were married May 22, 1951. Dumey served in the U.S. Army 20 years, and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church and VFW Post 3127 in Chaffee, and Disabled American Veterans Chapter in Cape Girardeau...

Survivors include his wife; a son, Eddie Dumey of Niceville, Fla.; two daughters, Donna Erickson of Dallas, Texas, Brenda McDonald of Bowie, Texas; a brother, Glenn Dumey of St. Peters, and two grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Calvary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jack Bishop officiating. Burial will be later in Texas.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 5 p.m. today, and at the church Thursday from noon to service time.
