PAUL D. FELTER

KELSO - Kelso native Paul D. Felter died Friday, April 12, 1991 at the Hospice House in Orlando, Fla. He was 61.

Felter was born in Kelso on July 28, 1929, the son of Kilian and Frances Ziegler. Frances Zieglersurvives.

Information was unavailable on when Felter moved from Kelso. He moved to the Orlando area from Gaithersburg, Md.

Felter was an instructor at Seminole Community College in Florida.

Surviving also a brother and three sisters, all of Cape Girardeau. They are Charles Felter, Vera Lohmann, Dorris Young, and Florence Lewis.

Other survivors include his wife, Marie, of Casselberry, Fla.; sons David of St. Louis, John of Orlando, Thomas of Ramona, Calif., and James, who is in the Navy; daughters Paula Seigler of Casselberry and Kathleen Hale of Goldsboro, N.C.; and nine grandchildren.

Visitation will be held today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home in Altamonte Springs, Fla. Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Casselberry.

Burial will be in All Faiths Memorial Park in Casselberry.
