PATSY ANN HORTON

SCOTT CITY -- Patsy Ann Horton, 48, of Scott City died Friday, April 10, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 9, 1943 in Tyronza, Ark., daughter of the late Edgar Elijah O'Dell and Edith Elizabeth Veach Smith, who survives of Scott City.

She had been a cook for 15 years at the Beanery in Scott City. She was a member of the Eisleben Lutheran Church in Scott City.

Surviving, besides her mother, are one son, Claude T. Horton III of Scott City; one daughter, Charlotte Kay Horton of Scott City; three brothers, David O'Dell of Bald Knob, Ark., Ray Cotton of Chaffee and Chester Cotton of Scott City; and four sisters, Geraldine Patton of Louisville, Ky., and Shirley Petitt, Lilly Ledermann and Lola Clark, all of Scott City.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. A prayer service will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Eisleben Lutheran Church in Scott City with the Rev. Barry Pfanstiel and Vicar Karl Hollibaugh officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
