BENTON, Ky. -- Patrick Ray Spruill, age 52, of Benton died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at his residence. He was the son of the late Raymond Spruill and the late Wanda Spruill. He worked as a salesman for Wagner Clothing. BENTON, Ky. -- Patrick Ray Spruill, age 52, of Benton died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at his residence.
He was the son of the late Raymond Spruill and the late Wanda Spruill.
He worked as a salesman for Wagner Clothing.

He was a 1983 graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and Southeast Missouri State University, where he majored in journalism.
He is survived by his daughter, Julia Spruill of Paducah, Kentucky.
A wake will be held between the hours of 4 and 6 p.m. Thursday at the Dry Ground Brewery in Paducah to celebrate his life and share favorite stories.
