EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Funeral for Patricia Ann Whittington of East Prairie will be held at 2 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie. The Rev. David Dowdy will officiate. Burial will be in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.

Whittington, 60, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2000, at her home.

She was born March 3, 1940, at Sugartree Ridge in New Madrid County, Mo., daughter of Osie Lee and Janie Bell Webb Edwards.

Whittington lived in Mississippi County most of her life.

Survivors include three sons, Jackie Kaiser of Jackson, Mo., Billy Kaiser and Dustin McCutchen of East Prairie; a daughter, Diane Bub of East Prairie; a brother, Robert Edwards of Lucas, Ky.; three sisters, Faye Reynolds of St. Charles, Mo., Sharon Moore of East Prairie, LaRue Howlett of Bertrand, Mo.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, and a sister.
