BIEHLE, Mo. -- Patricia "Pat" Ann Meyer, 76, of Biehle died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016, at her home.

She was born March 22, 1940, in Biehle, daughter of Julius and Violet Snyder Hotop. She and John Richard Meyer were married Oct. 7, 1961. He preceded her in death May 30, 2009.

She was retired as the former owner of Meyer's Bar & Cafe in Biehle and a homemaker. She was a member of St. Maurus Catholic Church in Biehle.

Survivors include two sons, Dennis "Danny" (Mary) Meyer of Bloomsdale, Missouri, and Dale (Lisa) Meyer of Biehle; two daughters, Sue (Charles) Hoehn of Perryville, Missouri, and Tammy (Kirk) Kinder of Daisy; two brothers and four sisters, Thomas Hotop of Perryville, Kathleen "Katy" Ruesler of Sedgewickville, Missouri, Agnes Farrar of Imperial, Missouri, James Hotop of Biehle, Theresa "Tess" Miller of Altenburg, Missouri, and Joan Hotop of Biehle; eight grandchildren, Jennifer Besand, Justin, Travis and Chasity Meyer, Chantelle Reagan and Chad, Cody and Colton Kinder; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a brother, Bernard Hotop.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 6:30 to 9:20 a.m. Monday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

She then will be taken to St. Maurus Catholic Church in Biehle for a funeral Mass at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Jim French officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Memorials are preferred to family.
