Patricia Ann Kelsey, 80, of Scott City passed away Friday, Nov. 8, 2013, in the Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born June 26, 1933, in Illmo, Mo. the daughter of William "Ralph" and Velma "Juanita" Lambert Carlton. She and Ronald Lee Kelsey were married Sept. 22, 1950, at Piggott, Ark. He preceded her in death May 7, 2010...

Patricia Ann Kelsey, 80, of Scott City passed away Friday, Nov. 8, 2013, in the Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 26, 1933, in Illmo, Mo. the daughter of William "Ralph" and Velma "Juanita" Lambert Carlton. She and Ronald Lee Kelsey were married Sept. 22, 1950, at Piggott, Ark. He preceded her in death May 7, 2010.

Pat was a member of the Cape Girardeau South Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Survivors include her mother, Juanita Carlton of Scott City; two sons, Thomas J. Kelsey of Scott City and Robert L. Kelsey of Cape Girardeau; one daughter, Vicki L. Moore of Scott City; a brother, Don Carlton of Thebes, Ill.; eight grandchildren, Christian and Ryan Fisher, Chad Moore and Jody, Morgan, Hannah, Trent and Tanner Kelsey; six great-grandchildren, Courtney Weissinger, Nicholas Moore and Amber, Brianna and Caitlyn Fisher; a great-great grandson, Blake Fisher; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and a great-granddaughter, Amelia Fisher.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel with Earl Norman officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
