OLD APPLETON, Mo. -- Private funeral for Patricia M. Hutchison of Old Appleton was held Monday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville, Mo. Burial was in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery at Apple Creek, Mo.

Hutchison, 65, died Friday, Nov. 24, 2000, at her home.

She was born June 10, 1935, in Hartford, Kan., daughter of John and Mable Holten Freeman. She and William L. Hutchison were married Nov. 24, 1960.

Hutchison was a nurse aide at a nursing home in Windsor, Mo., and most recently owned and operated Hickory Hill Boarding Home in Old Appleton. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church at Apple Creek.

Survivors include her husband; five sons, Danny Bigler and David Hutchison of Old Appleton, Sterling Douglas and William Hutchison Jr. of St. Mary, Larry Douglas of California, Mo.; a daughter, Vickie Johnson of Old Appleton; two brothers, Charles Freeman of Windsor, Dale Freeman of Calhoun, Mo.; two sisters, Shirley Kruger of Emporia, Kan., Barbara Boyd of Windsor; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, six brothers, and a grandson.
