Patricia A. Holman, 71, of Columbia, Ill., died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2006, at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis.
She was born Oct. 19, 1934, in Watson, Mo., daughter of Richard and Frances Harmon Dyke. She and Leonard W. "Bill" Holman were married May 17, 1953, at Rockport, Mo. He died Oct. 26, 1994.
Holman had been a cook with Luhr Brothers Inc. She attended Bethany United Methodist Church in Columbia, was a member of Order of Eastern Star in Cape Girardeau and American Legion Auxiliary Post 502 in Millstadt, Ill.
Survivors include two daughters, Christine Simmons of Cape Girardeau, Jackqueline Holman of Columbia; a son, Leonard Holman of Columbia; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
Friends may call at Lawlor Funeral Home in Columbia from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Bethany United Methodist Church, with Ron Chase officiating. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hobbs Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
