Patricia Davis

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Patricia Louise Davis, 65, of Cedar Hill, formerly of Chaffee, died Wednesday, March 23, 2005, at her home.

She was born June 9, 1939, at Chaffee, daughter of Louis and Marietta Mantel Gilmer. She and Ray Dean Davis were married Feb. 5, 1966. He died Dec. 17, 1993.

Davis was a member of Faith Community Church in House Springs, Mo. She was a volunteer at the church and in area schools.

Survivors include a son, Paul Davis of Cedar Hill; her mother of Chaffee; a brother, Ron Gilmer of Perryville, Mo.; two sisters, Judy Millham of St. Charles, Mo., Linda Little of Jackson; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father.

The funeral was Saturday at Faith Community Church, with the Rev. Ed Shirrell officiating. Burial was in Chapel Hill Cemetery at Cedar Hill.
