THEBES, Ill. -- Patricia Ann Bell, 61, of Clarendon Hills, died Friday, Sept. 25, 1992, in a hospital there. She was formerly of Thebes.

She was born Nov. 21, 1930, in Chicago, daughter of Clifford C. and Edith King Caldwell. She married Mitchell Bell, who died in 1990.

Survivors include two sons, Kent Slayton of Chicago, Tim Slayton of Japan; a daughter, Edith Camp of Chicago; stepmother, Sally Caldwell of Sun City, Ariz., and three grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Elgin Funeral Home in Hinsdale.
